Community Parking Reminders

Effective January 1, 2024, the Board began requiring new parking permit hangtags. The 2025 hangtags will be available soon, and Management will notify the community upon receipt with instructions on how to obtain them.

Community Reminders: Who to Contact & When

1. Police (911)
-Call 911 if you are in immediate danger or need urgent assistance.

2. HOA/Management
-For leaks, nuisances, or violations, or if you have general community concerns:
1)Submit a Work Order via your Resident Portal for common-area repairs.
2)Alternatively, email Community Care at communitycare@actionlife.com.

3. Patrol (San Gabriel Valley Public Safety)
-For enforcing property rules and regulations, addressing unauthorized persons, or responding to criminal activity.
-Patrol personnel will take appropriate action if they observe a threat or crime in progress and will notify law enforcement, emergency services, and/or the HOA’s emergency contact if necessary.
-They are also authorized to tow any unauthorized vehicles.

Help Protect Your Community
Are you interested in helping protect your neighborhood? You can voluntarily share your exterior Ring camera access with our community’s contracted patrol service, San Gabriel Valley Public Safety. Please note that patrol will not actively monitor your footage; they will only respond once an alert has been triggered.
